For your consideration is a 28" Chilly Willy Penguin Blow Mold from General Foam Plastic Corp, Norfolk, VA.This blow mold is in great used condition with no dents or cracks. The paint has scratches, which show up more when light up. There is minor fading on the left arm & orange foot, these also are more visible when light up.The cord has a new fuse, the light bulb works, but these could stop working/break during shipping.Pictures were taken with & without a flash.Please enlarge and look at pictures as they are a big part of my description.Please e-mail me with your questions before purchase.I will package with care & ship with insurance via FedEx Ground, no P.O.
