This vintage antique buffalo bison plush stuffed animal is a rare find for any collector. Made with genuine fur from the United States, this realistic piece captures the essence of the magnificent buffalo species. The attention to detail in the plush\'s creation makes it a must-have for any animal lover or collector. This is completely hand made by a Native American artist and was possibly sold by Prairie Edge Sioux Trading Post during the 1990\'s or earlier. It is a wonderful item with some wear over many decades, but overall in good condition. We conducted a diligent search online and could not locate another like it. It is entirely possible this was made as a Christmas gift or toy for a kid. At any rate it is a fabulous piece and speaks to the Plains Culture in North America. Would be a nice addition for a relic room, high end plush collection, or man cave. Was part of an estate sale in Dallas Texas Metroplex where the wealthy previous owners had the largest and most diverse collection of Bison / Buffalo we have ever seen.
