This is a true first printing of the 1961 English only edition of the Soncino Babylonian Talmud, largely edited by Rabbi Dr I. Epstein. This set is complete with 18 volumes, which includes the index.Due to price these will ship with a signature required upon delivery.
The set features deep red cloth boards, gilt lettering on the spine, gilt top edges, and cloth bookmarks (with fraying).
Due to bent pages in Kodashim Vol I we will include an additional copy of the volume. It looks no different from the other volumes on the shelf, but we recommend using the spare copy for study purposes.
