I\'ve been asked over the years if I sell \"Batphones\", well finally, now I do. These have been painted Western Electric cherry red. I know, they\'re a bit darker than the original batphone, but I didn\'t want to go through the expense of custom cords for this project. As you can see and hear in the video, the red light does light up and make sound when ringing. You can answer the phone and carry on a conversation. The only thing you can\'t do is dial out, for obvious reasons.
This phone is ready to plug in and use with no additional wiring or adapters and comes with a cord to plug it into the wall.

All of the phones I sell are100% original vintage phones. The only modern parts you will find on my phones are cords and dial cards.

All plastics and Bakelite arebuffed to a high shine. In the case of discolored phones, the parts aresent in for professional painting using the same materials and processthe phone company used when refurbishing phones.
All phones are adapted formodular use, so all you have to do is plug the phone in and use it. Wallphones come with a modern modular back, ready to snap onto the wall.
