Up for sale is this wonderful hand made miniature model of a long case grandfather clock. It has been meticulously made from mahogany wood with great detail even down to the gold painted escutcheon plates on the top and lower doors. It is only the case listed with no clock included. It was made by W.C. Brown of Nantucket, Mass, USA. Mr. Wallace Brown (1856-1905) was a renowned craftsman from that area who made his name making miniature models from the late 19th to the early 20th century. This clock model dates from the 1890\'s era. The clock measures 14-3/8\" x 4-1/8\" wide x 3\" deep. Generally in good shape but a repair is needed to the left side of the clock casing and the left hand spiral pillar is missing. Also, one of the feet needs attention. Complete and in good shape these clocks go for very high prices.
