It was part of the Series II set distributed by Tour Bears in September 1999. Sold out immediately. Very hard to get--and especially rare in mint condition with mint tag. No bending or creases…protected by tag protector.
Only 1,000 released in the US, Picabears were named the hottest Pokemon toy of 1999 by Mary Beth\'s Beanie World. (see write up)
