Just adorable. He was one ofonly 200 distributed in the US.
Phew was one of the Holiday set distributed by Tour Bears in October 1999. Sold out immediately. Because of issues with another popular bear, the hang tags, which contained the name of the bear and a poem, were removed.
Holiday Picabears were named one of the hottest toys of 1999 by Mary Beth\'s Beanie World. (see write up)
