This is a meteorite, 577 grams, found in NW Africa before 1999.

This listing is for a meteorite from North West Africa, gathered before 2000. This was purchased in a large lot in Morocco. This one is unclassified. It exhibits a good amount of magnetic attraction.

The weight is 577 grams. The size is 4.5 X 4 X 3 inches long. Please see the pictures.This meteorite is weathered, and is a very typical example of an ordinary chondrite meteorite with a strong iron component.
