These ballast are new they have been pulled from brand new (never used) recess light fixtures. They are all tested working prior to shipping. (SEE PICTURES)
Each ballast you purchase will come with 2 easy wire connectors attached to the hot and neutral wires of each ballast.
For your protection, have a qualified license electrician troubleshoot your lighting circuit before installing the ballast. Warning!! a short circuit can damage the ballast within seconds.
