Lower Palaeolithic - Rare UK found scraper c.450,000 BP.A superb acheulean scraper.The dorsal face has a well flaked surface and an \'S\' shaped form. There is s usable point at the distal and proximal ends. The ventral face has a good percussive bulb and an area of good retouch. With wonderful, dark chocolate ancient patina.A fine piece.
