Please note, THIS IS NOT A DEPARTMENT 56 building. Rather, this building will come with either a brand new Dept. 56 Light or a used light that came out of a Department 56 building.

Building is in excellent condition, some of the outside pieces have been / will need to be re-glued.

Box has some wear on the edges, and is in good condition;

Tested and works perfectly fine;

Light cord and bulb will be included but maybe slightly different than the one pictured ( I will double check all light cords and bulbs and may have to switch them out prior to shipping).
