2) Go to your local post or customs office and show them the package.

3) The post or customs office will issue a domages certificate.

4) Send me a scanned version of the certificate along with the pictures you have taken.

5) Once I receive the above elements, I will submit a claim to the MY post-office; their evaluation may take several days.

6) Once I receive their refund, I will refund your purchase in full
