An historic 1970 environmental buttonmade
for the first Earth Day in 1970. This button
was one of many used by dozens of environmental
groups to publicize this annual event.The celebration of
Earth Day continues to this day on every April 22.
A union bug is debossed on the metal back.
The pin has a slight lifting of the celluloid on
the curl and a small bump on the face. Neither will
interfere in the display of this historic pin.
