Poor has visible damage but may be a rare item/antique that may still be of interest to some individuals. Ok has significant damage, tears, cracks etc. Spares/Repair/Restoration an item that we have been unable to get working or is damaged but has an intrinsic parts value or a display/Prop Piece, these items are sold as is, or sold as seen. Untested items can be in any of the above conditions but are sold untested and may need to be serviced/repaired to function; these are also sold as seen/as is.
Returns: Where an item is damaged in post please contact us with a description and photographs of the damage, Please include pictures from all angles and include pictures of the box. Where you believe an item is not as described which would be a rare occurrence again please contact us so that we can attempt to resolve these issues.
