Glass empirical formula lab bottles or laboratory bottles were probably used by a chemist in a chemistry laboratory. This embossed CHEMICAL REAGENT BOTTLE with raised lettering, was made to hold 125 mL ~HYDROGEN PEROXIDE H2O2

It also could have been called an apothecary bottle in a drug store or poison bottle. This bottle is 5.50\" high by2.00\" diameter and hold 125 mL. ORIGINALground glass penny head style stopper is included. The bottom is marked with an earlyWHEATON CO. U.S.A.WATCH THIS ONE!

This CLEAN and MINT reagent bottle is in EXCELLENT OLD STOCK GENTLY USED NO HAZE, UNUSED condition.

This 60+ year old bottle, IF USED, may have been chemically etched on the inside because of the years in storage...I thoroughlysoak and scrub them and wash them out...rinse with alcohol and, if still hazy, I add a coating of food safe 99.99% pure glycerin OR mineral oil...there may be remnantsof the glycerin OR oil inside...leave it there as it will improve the clarity and add to your eye appeal while on display...if it was not hazy inside there will be a small amount (a few drops) of alcohol that may not have evaporated.

EXCELLENT EXAMPLE A VERY difficult bottle to find. It has a very strong mold,GREAT EMBOSSING AND FROSTING adding to its display appeal.

Some other mfg\'s are: whitall tatum, tcw, millville, mbw, wheaton. A very good find in this size and condition. A must for the more ADVANCED collection but you\'d be surprised on how scarce it is. THE BOTTLE IS EMPTY, CLEANED AND LOOKS MUCH BETTER THAN THE PICTURES I TOOK

IT WOULD MAKE GREAT ADDITION TO ANY GLASS COLLECTION, BOTTLE COLLECTION, KITCHEN COLLECTION, BATHROOM COLLECTION OR IT WOULD BE A NICE DECORATOR PIECE!
