This is one of only 2000 "Building A Building" sculptures produced by Disney in the Year 2000.

This item includes all original packaging and Certificate of Authenticity.

Item is in Mint Condition, and has been stored in a smoke-free, temperature, and humidity controlled home.

Please review pictures carefully. The white speck appearing on the back of Minnie's right ear is Styrofoam from the package that was missed during vacuuming before pictures. Otherwise, there is no damage to the sculpture.
