JULY 3-6, 2014 FARMINGTON, NM (embossed at the top of the pinhole) FM (embossed on the dome) TOMMY / [\"B\" inside a square] / BOLACK. \"FM\" stands for \"Frank Miller\" who originally made these for the hobby before John and Carol McDougald and then the National Insulator Association took over production. Tommy Bolack funded the 2014 National, and this is one of the only insulators with a collector\'s full name on it (a good bit of trivia at an insulator show trivia contest).
