We sourced BRAND NEW frames at significant cost for these packs as that used to be the other failure point. These packs are going to be the best, most trouble-free surplus ruck option available. These packs may still show signs of issued use as they are surplus, however, the issues will be minor and will not impede functionality. The flaws will be limited to holes less than ½” at their longest point, abrasions, stains, professional repairs or missing peripheral buckles. We try to ensure all the buckles are there but with hundreds of these packs to sort some inevitably slip through the cracks.

The load lifter female buckles are often missing as well. The INCLUDED FILBE repair kit will have the load lifter pigtails as designed by the Marines to correct this.
