The majority of our items are sent via Hermes and a tracking number will be provided. Large, heavier items will be sent via Parcelforce.

Where possible, we are happy to combine postage charges on multiple items purchased.Please contact us via and wait for an amended invoice before making payment.

For International Shipping, we use \'sGlobal Shipping Programme(GSP).This means we are not responsible for the prices quoted.

If you are purchasing from outside the UK, please note that we are not responsible for any relevant customs fees etc.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day

How long do I have to pay for my order?

We allow up to 5 working days for orders to be paid for to allow for customers to benefit from combined postage. Any items not paid for after 5 working days an unpaid item case will be opened

Do you accept Buy It Now on your sale items?

We do not accept offers on sale items but wish you luck with your offerding.

Can I view the item before offerding?

As stated above, all of our listed items are stored once listed. Consequently, we are unable to offer viewings of our active items.

Returns & Refunds

We accept Returns on all our items.

If an item is damaged in transit and is not safe to return, we can accept a photo of the damaged item.

Once the photo/returned item is received, we will refund your original payment.
