But the real fear, according to Al Jaffee, is the NSA spying on Americans\' email and phones. This is truly a prophetic piece by Al Jaffee as bird flu has recently been blamed for the deaths of millions of chickens (and a consequent chicken and egg shortage that has lead to skyrocketing prices). The NSA has likewise been in headlines recently for their spying activities.Mad Fold-Ins are the most popular and longest running part of Mad Magazine. Because of Al Jaffee, the last page of Mad was often the first place a kid would turn to because it was by far the most fun part of Mad. Al Jaffee continuously pumped out a Fold-In for every issue of Mad from 1964-2019.Now 101 years old, Al Jaffee completed his final Fold-In just a couple years ago at age 99.This genius of comedy wrote and drew a lot more than just the Fold-Ins, and he is among the most beloved of Mad artists.
Art is drawn on 22.5\" x 20\" board and is in excellent condition. The 2 inch-long hand drawn art to the fold-in instruction seen on the top right corner of the published image is included as well. It was inserted into a piece of a Mad corporate envelope that is taped to the protective sheet covering the art. I have never before seen one of these included with a Fold-In. Most were probably discarded after publication.
