Three Old Photos "Poverty Flats Mainliner Inc." Redding, California c1930s. These three photos belonged to two brothers (Kenneth & Ross Cronk) who lived in Long Beach, California and trained as Aviators. One went on to fight in the European theater during WWII while the other went to work for Boeing. These were probably taken in Long Beach but they had friends and family in Redding, California as well (which is where they picked up the name "Poverty Flats"). Here they're having fun with friends, drinking beer, and painting up an old jalopy or taxi and rechristening it the "Poverty Flats Mainliner". Photos Measure 2.5 x 3.5 Inches.
