- 1943 -Complete Mint, Never Hinged, Year SetOf Commemorative U.S. Postage StampsThislot consists ofthe 14 U.S. commemorative postage stamps issued in 1943 as well as the "Korea" Overrun Countries stamp (1944) to complete the set. Also included is the insert (pictured) which lists each stamp's issue date. All stamps are guaranteed to be fault-free with original (never hinged) gumand are just as fresh as they were when purchased in a post office 81 years ago.
Please note that the stamps are not mounted to any surface. Because of the white borders of both the stamps and the insert, they have been scanned against a black background for a clearer view of both the stamps and the card. The original gum on the stamps has not been disturbed in any way. All stamps are shipped in protective glassine envelopes.This set would make a great birth year gift!
