GE 2N1302 Germanium PNP Transistor – Vintage 1955 Component!Revive your vintage electronics project with this GE 2N1302 Germanium PNP Transistor, a reliable component from 1955! This single transistor delivers solid switching and amplification, with a Vce of -25V, Ic of 300 mA, peak surge current of 600 mA (10 ms pulse), and a frequency range up to 20 MHz. With a minimum DC gain (hFE) of 20 and operating temperatures from -65°C to 85°C, it’s ideal for 1950s audio circuits, switching applications, or general-purpose electronics. Housed in a TO-5 metal can package (9 mm diameter, 6 mm body height, 17 mm total length), it’s a perfect fit for retro builds.
