The fragile balance of plants and animals that share the Earth took millions of years to develop. Some life forms have persisted in nearly their original state, surviving episodes of mass extinction. The reverse-side discusses the threats to biodiversity with insets of land use in each of the continents and engages in a conversation about the medicinal plants and animals that could be lost if we don\'t engage in conservation.
