Hard to say, black market organ smuggling does occur and in impoverished countries - usually under the fist of, or trying to recover from socialism or other tyranny - people sell their children whole to whoever without questions asked. If somebody comes along to buy just a piece of your child, or you, and leave you alive and a little bit wealthier, the temptation might be great.
