Ah. This is going to have to be one of those "agree to disagree" situations since I said nothing of the kind. I made no claim to be right because I've been dealt cards in life from a good deck nor have I claimed that I've been dealt cards in life from a good deck. I've had ups and downs in life just as everyone has. Mine are as irrelevant as yours. Facts are all that matters.

Poles? You mean plaques? My argument there was that I could find no evidence for a conspiracy to convert the National Park Service into a conduit for Creationism, as was being suggested. Note the use of logic, Pasti: I didn't say the argument was false. I merely pointed out that the argument was unsupported. But if you want to discuss that topic you should do it on thye Grand canyon thread.
