"Aerodynamically lofting the heads" Good point that. Also HD's consume too much power, and be unreliable on the bumpy Mars terrain.
Even earthbound computer HD's will soon be passe.

www.netac.com-are now producing 2 Gigabyte sticks of usb2.0 flash memory. Plug one of those in your computer and you can put your whole operating system on. Be up and running at a super fast fast speed.
