IMHO, I think we're too restrictive about cigarettes and alcohol sales as well. :)
Nowdays, the dangers of smoking and exessive drinking are screamed from every rooftop and billboard. I think if it's that well known that BREATHING SMOKE INTO YOUR LUNGS IS BAD FOR YOU, then if you go ahead and start... you have a problem and it's not an addiction to nicotene.
As for alcohol sales, come on. You're legally an adult for 3 full years before big daddy government will let you buy Southern Comfort? Sheesh.
