The future will be what you, I and everyone make of it, nothing less and certainly nothing more.
I don't see how any of us can know it any more than you.
I can tell you it won't be completely war torn and it won't be completely peaceful. Sickness will still be around when you die, so will war, peace, love, hate, science, fanaticism, regret and sorrow.
The future will hold advancement in technology, moral reformation and failing in a repeated cycle, bigotry, acceptance, Number 2 pencils and bad test grades.
The future is no more set in stone than today. The best thing you can do is work hard now to make tomorrow what you want it to be.
