I'm not saying that there are NO genetic diseases (which is wehat I read between the lines of your iteration of Tay-Sachs, Huntington's etc.), just that I fail to see anybody seriously questioning the environmental-DNA link as a primary cause of some variations of known genetic diseases. Like hypercholesterolemia and vascular hypertension, Type 2 diabetes, Chrohn's disease, MS, et al.
Reconsider, please???
