On this we agree.

And having spent quite a few years consulting at Boeing I would have to say that I would not be surprised if either:

(A) They invest a huge amount of money into junk science

or

(B) It is smoke and mirrors hiding something with real substance

One can never tell. They don't call it the Phantom Works for nothing.
