And what does the energy production and atmospheric losses of the beam do to global warming? Or are you speaking of lifting tens of millions tons of equipment into space to create an orbiting array of lasers? And how are you going to aim them accurately enough to hit a 2km target that far away? And how do you hit it dead center so that you don't just produce rotation? And how are you going to control the direction it goes except that it is always a vector away from earth which might be one direction one day and 180 degrees another day?
