You are correct. I haven't read the book. And I can even state, categorically, I have no intention of reading the book.

Its academic reviews were ... how shall I say it ... humble.

I don't read the National Enquirer and never watched even a single episode of Seinfeld either. Oh woe is me. I dwell in ignorance and darkness.
