And you got me again when you said that the fact that they lost 3.4 metric tons of plutonium as waste means they don't want to waste it. Wow! I thought you were a rocket scientist and here, all along, you were a politician or a lawyer.
BTW: Did you do the math? 3.4 metric tons of waste from 12 metric tons removed from inventory? I know teenagers that do better than that cleaning their bedrooms.
