that you are at a major university and unable to access it is pretty UNimpressive :-)every member of the student body and faculty and even adjuncts to the faculty should have access via the educational or institutional site license that uw undoubtedly has
if anyone else wants more info and can't get it...i will be glad to try and make some provision privately...my email is posted with every original thread that i begin...i will post in this post as well
