looks like a water level decrease to me.
the ice is floating so it must be less dence than the water its floating in.
if it melts the only part that would cause the sea level to rise would be that portion above sea level.
and only to the degree of the difference in densities minus the weight of the salt that didnt freeze.
may be that there would be a slight increae in sea levels.
not 15 ft though I dont think.
maybe 3-4 ft.
