venus and pluto both spin opposite of the norm and uranus spins parallel to the ecliptic unlike any other planet
the idea that any of them were tipped upside down is not entirely without merit but it remains highly speculative and problems remain to be explained in spite of speculative explanations thus far offered
it remains a mystery
an alternative explanation is that the solar system is not billions of years old, did not evolve, and the planetary and other bodies in the solar system that do not conform to the "norm" could have been created with their present as evidence of a non-evolutionary origin :-)
