it might be informative for those that disagree with 'that person' to find out how he adjusted his thinking to such anti-evolutionary concepts.

it is my understanding that he once had different views of evolution and for some reason he changed them.

one of the possibilities that i considered for his change of focus was that perhaps he or somebody he knew well was in a non-understandable situation.
i usually think of medical situations. perhaps he or somebody he knew did not proceed medically in a way that medical people suggested. perhaps somebody got healthy who was not expected to get healthy and 'that person' interpreted the situation in one way, without considering other possibilities.

there are other possibilities, of course, but thought i'd mention one.
