Perhaps you will fail if you try to steal cars too.
You did not break the law.
The law and the decision say nothing about anyone saying the pledge.
They address a mandatory pledge in a government sponsored activity.
But fear not ... the US Supreme Court will overturn the ruling as soon as it can. It doesn't mean that it isn't wrong in the strictest of legal senses. But the court does not have the courage to stand up to a unanimous Senate reflecting a current, as opposed to Founding Father's, sensibility.
