See the connection? The way people use a theory to justify themselves has nothing to do with the inherent value of the theory itself. Pure Christianity has nothing to do with killing or torturing people. Pure evolution has nothing to do with killing or torturing people.
I can't understand how you can invoke Freud and Hitler in the same sentence. One was a dictator. One advocated genocide. One violated international treaties. One gave orders which killed 6 million people. One was the cause of the most destructive conflict in the history of the world. And the other was not.
