the editorial review board did not allow your magnus opus to be called a theory because there was no experimentation and no data ?

they must have been different people than the ones that allowed Einstein's Theory.

sometimes in science, theory precedes experimentation, as when Einstein's theory was tested to see if light really did bend around the sun.

speculation is speculation.
it may be non-testable at that current time, but may be able to be tested when further technology permits testing.
