So the fact that it is persistent and accumulates in the animals in higher concentrations as it works its way up the food chain is an anomaly caused by misuse?
You think, perhaps, we could safely spray it around for say 250 or 400 years, maybe 1000 and it would not build up dangerous concentrations in the environment?
And if not 1000 years ... how many would it still be safe?
