I did this calculation 30 years ago and found the same result. It's an easy calculation. Take 6 billion and give each enough room to really spread out. I like 10 square meters each. Plenty of room for living plus isles for transportation and utilities. Multiply it out and then take the square root and plop that down on your favorite location. Remember this is a single story residence! Go with a 100 story apartment and you can divide your answer by 10 in each direction. If you lived on the surface (there will be a surface won’t there) you could walk from your house to the house of anyone else in the world in 2 days at most! You could drive there in less than 30 minutes.
