The author is, beyond argument, incorrect.

Photons are not something else whatever or however one defines it. Photons are photons. And they will always behave exactly as photons behave.

Are they particulate? Of course not. And neither, quite likely, is any other truly elementary object in the universe. I would argue that protons and neutrons too are not particulate. And that uranium atoms are not either. And all of it can be easily proven via the two-slit experiment.

I am fascinated on one point though ... what qualifies this person to publish a book on the subject?
