I've argued this point before. People should ignore all advice that makes 'just living' seem impossible. Don't try to live forever. Just try to stay alive now, which this sort of advice negates, seemingly suggesting that if you can't live long you shouldn't live at all. Anyway the check was written with an effort that could have been my last breath but the dog eat it. So I'll click submit with what might be my next last breath. And in case this is not understood - I'm OK.
