i am currently revising my math (it has been many years) and have got as far as inequalities, i believe a good background in calulus among other things is needed to even begin to consider studying "Calabi Yau Space".

What mathematical route do i take next (after inequalities) in order to get to the level of being able to understand/study "Calabi Yau Space"?. As you can see i have a lot to learn, but what do i study next to get me to the stage where i can begin to study calculus.
