The poor quality ocean temperature measurements is discussed somewhat here, but please note that the reported ocean warming is stronger at the lower levels than in the upper levels of the oceans, exactly the opposite of what the climate models predict.

Here are more discussions of poor data quality. As I said in my previous message, the balloons indicate the near surface global temperature is not warming. The only support for global warming comes from faulty measurements.
