With respect to their antidepressant/antianxiety component that may be true. But it is not true when it comes to side-effects in different patients.
For example ... an antidepressant marketed under the name Welbutrin does not decrease sexual response as much as most of the others. (that should produce a rush at the pharmacist/chemist).
