(156.74.250.7)I don't care whether the parents fed the kid dog food or caviar.
But if the child is developmentally disabled, malnourished, or whatever, I say throw the parents into the slammer and remove any parental rights as well as their ability to reproduce ever again.
I've yet to figure out what it is about human society that some how thinks the following equation is true:
Sperm Donor + Egg Producer = Parenting Ability
The fact that two people can reproduce doesn't obligate society to let them.
