I suppose I'm just going to have to go with what I can accept on this one.
It would take magic of a high order, divine intervention on EVERY level to make life exist without death (physical) and that doesn't seem efficient. Also, it seems, to my limited and puny mind, like a bit of an over-reaction to say, "bah, forget it. He sinned, let it go." after the first mistake of Adam.

Seems to me that god would've known that would happen anyway, so what was the point, I wonder. Answers all are guesses, at any rate.
